Suspension Check, operated by Quantum Quotient LLC, Denver, CO, USA. Last updated 6 October 2026.

What the service does

Suspension Check reads the public pages of a website address you give us and reports which published rules of Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments and buy-now-pay-later providers the site appears to meet or miss. The free scan shows a score and the main findings. The paid Fix Report adds every finding, fix instructions, draft policy text and a checklist. Guard adds a daily re-scan with email alerts.

What it does not do

We do not decide, influence or guarantee reinstatement, approval or account status with any platform. Those decisions are the platform's alone.
The report covers what can be seen on the website. Platforms also judge account history, chargebacks, industry and other data we cannot see.
Nothing in the service is legal advice. Policy drafts are starting points you must read and adapt; you are responsible for what you publish.
Checks restate published policies as read on a stated date. Policies change, and a check can be wrong. Tell us at support@qquotient.com and we will look.

Scanning

You may scan only websites you own or operate, or have permission to assess. Scans read public pages the way a browser does and send no data to the scanned site beyond ordinary page requests.

Payment and refunds

The Fix Report is a one-time purchase for one store and includes re-scans for 30 days. Guard is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, cancellable at any time from the link in your report; access continues to the end of the paid period. Because the report is delivered immediately, we do not refund it after you have opened it, except where the scan was wrong about your store in a material way; write to us within 14 days and we will review it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Quantum Quotient LLC is not liable for lost revenue, suspended accounts or other indirect loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
