What we collect
The store address you scan and the public pages we read from it. We store a summary of the findings, not copies of the pages.
A salted hash of your IP address, kept with each free scan to enforce daily limits. The hash cannot be turned back into the address.
Your email address, if you enter it to unlock the full issue list or buy a report. We use it to send you the link you asked for, the report, and alerts you subscribed to.
Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We receive the payment status, your email and a customer reference.
How we use it
To run the scan, show you the results, deliver what you bought, send Guard alerts, and measure how many scans lead to a purchase. We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (for paid reports only, a language model reads text sampled from the scanned store together with the automatic findings; no personal data about you is sent).
Retention
Scan results are kept for up to 24 months so re-scans can be compared. Email addresses are kept while you have a report or subscription and for 12 months after. Write to support@qquotient.com to have your data deleted sooner.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use, by emailing support@qquotient.com. Residents of the EU, UK, California and Colorado have further rights under their local laws, which we honour.
