Circumventing systems is Google's policy against trying to get around its review: cloaking, redirecting ad traffic to a different page, or opening a new account after a suspension. For an online store, the triggers are usually accidental: a landing page that redirects by country, a domain that differs from the ad's final URL, or a second account created to 'start fresh' after a Misrepresentation suspension.
